Being Cyber-Bullied: What to Do?

The phenomena of cancel culture is prevalent these days due to how easily accessible social media is. Many would think that being anonymous or having a username enables one to have the right to bully another through the internet.

However, does one ever take a step back to think about the victim of the cyberbullying and what are the possible effects does cyberbullying have on their mental health?

Join Ms. Vinorra Shaker, Head of Programme (Psychology) & lecturer at Veritas University College, and Ms. Heidy Quah, the Founder and Director of Refuge for the Refugees, as they share their insights and advice on how to deal with the stress and effects stemming from being cyberbullied.
